Yuphoria: Micromax’s Yu to launch its second Cyanogen-based smartphone, with flagship type specs
Micromax Yu Yuphoria is not going out of competition in the Indian market. In fact it is working hard with a new vigor to attain the top spot in the Indian smartphone market and beat Samsung. The Korean tech giant is under pressure and its complete dominance of the Indian smartphone market seems to be a pipedream now.
Micromax is all set to come out with its newest handset Yu Yuphoria. The new handset is the new version of its very successful Yu Yureka and the teaser video of the new handset is already going viral.
The new handset will be introduced in the market tomorrow so you will not have to wait much for the arrival of this beautiful and premium looking handset. Don’t get disappointed. Premium look doesn’t mean a premium price.
If you watch the clip you may have to believe that the new Yu Euphoria is coming out with a metal frame. But a low priced handset with complete metal frame may be actually untenable. Micromax may be able to do it only when it doesn’t believe in making a single penny from this handset. But it is an absurd idea as it is in the market to make as much profit as it can like almost every other smartphone maker.
Another clip of the handset that is also going viral actually shows a person holding the device in front of a lady and playing a sound track on it. The video makes you believe that Yu Euphoria speakers are so loud that they cause the lady’s hair to fly all over the place.
The new handset is going to arrive in the market with superlative specs and features. It will come with a 64-bit processor, 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. There is no doubt that the handset will come with Android 5.0 Lollipop-based Cyanogen 12 OS out of the box. The camera will be at least 13 mega pixel rear and 5 mega pixel front facing.
