Xiaomi launches new 10000mAh Mi power bank in India: lighter, slimmer and more efficient
This is the season of power banks. Almost every company dabbling in smartphone is launching a power bank of its own as if it is about life and death of the gadget’s users.
Thankfully these power banks are much more improved, slim and presentable than the older ones and these power banks don’t really cost very huge sums.
Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi that seems to have taken the Indian smartphone market by storm has come out with a very good power bank. The latest powerbank from the third biggest smartphone maker comes loaded with 10000 mAh battery. Its previous versio had more power as it came with 10400mAh battery.
Nonetheless the newer version has its own advantages. It is slimmer than its predecessor and has width similar to the Asus ZenPower’s.
While talking about the new product the company says, “We’ve just introduced our latest 10000mAh Mi Power Bank that’s 21.4% slimmer and 30% more energy dense than the 10400mAh version! This means it can fully charge a Mi Note 2.1x, and iPad 1xâ€.
This is not the only power bank that has been showcased in the past few weeks. Only recently Asus and OnePlus have also come out with their own power banks. The Asus ZenPower comes for Rs 1,499 for the silver, pink, blue and gold variants, while the black coloured-model carries a price tag of Rs 1599. On the other hand the OnePlus power bank in India has been priced at Rs 1,399. It comes with a 10000mAh battery and is available in two colours – Silk White and Sandstone Black.
