Written test for civil services coaching aspirants held
ALIGARH: The Residential Coaching Academy (RCA), Aligarh Muslim University conducted an entrance test for the selection of candidates for coaching of Civil and Judicial Services at AMU and Srinagar.
Director of the Academy, Dr. Kalimuddin Ahmad said that over 1500 candidates had applied for admission to coaching, out of which 951 appeared at AMU Centre and 67 at Srinagar Centre. He said that the RCA will be selecting about 100 students who will be given residential facility in the University. He said that male candidates will be accommodated at Sherwani Hall whereas 30 girls will stay in RCA Girlsâ€™ Hostel.
Dr. Ahmad said that some students will be provided with the library membership. He said that the admitted students are required to complete their admission in the first week of October before the commencement of classes. He made it clear that performance of the students will be constantly monitored through monthly test series.
