Warriors vs. Cavaliers NBA Finals 2015’s sixth game is going to be very enticing. Though the Golden State Warriors have done extremely well in the series and are 3-2 ahead at the moment, Cleveland Cavaliers are also doing very well, even better than what they were expected to do.
Before analyzing the whole of the series it must be kept in mind that the Cleveland Cavaliers team is playing without its top of the line players. So they are at a huge disadvantage viz a viz Warriors who are playing with their best side. And the way Cleveland Cavaliers have done thus far proves beyond doubt that they haven’t given up as yet.
Nonetheless, Golden State Warriors seem to be improving their performance with every new game. Their 104-91 win over Cleveland Cavaliers was simply huge, also considering the fact that LeBron James played his heat out for the Cavs. Now after two consecutive wins the Stephen Curry’s side Golden State Warriors are on the brink of their first title in 40 years. Still, accomplishing that feat by winning Game 6 in Cleveland will be no easy task.
The occasion is huge and when the team is trying to rewrite the history, uncertainties and roadblocks emerge. Despite the fact that they have done exceedingly well and are clear favorites, there are apprehensions and fears.
And the biggest fear they have is none other than LeBron James. He came out with more gaudy numbers Sunday night at Golden State, racking up 40 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists for yet another triple-double. He’s now averaging an incredible 36.6 points, 12.4 rebounds and 8.8 assists in the Finals and is showing no signs of slowing down. Fortunately for the Warriors, the NBA MVP is on their side.
Stephen Curry has come out with incredible performance in all the matches that the team has won and he will have to ensure that he comes with a similar performance that caps the series and ensures the team’s win in the series. There is no denying the fact that he has been phenomenal through five games, and he put up a nice stat line of his own Sunday night, accumulating 37 points, seven rebounds and four assists while going 7-of-13 from three-point range and showcasing his late-game heroics from behind the arc.
