Trianmool congress blamed for killing CPI (M) workers in Bengal


    Nahan: The state secretariat of CPI (M) has blamed Trinamool congress Chief Mamta Banaerji for killing 250 party workers with the support of naxlists in West Bengal. Interacting with media persons here the member of the CPI (M) secretariat Dr Kuldeep Tanwar anti lefts were trying to create a pressure on party workers but joint rally of Trinamool congress with naxlists have exposed their real intention for snatching the power from lefts in West Bengal.

    Dr Tanwar said that CPI (M) had a launched a campaign in the country from 12th-18th September for building the opinion of the people about the alliance of Trinamool congress with naxlists

    He also said that the communists were ruling in the West Bengal due to the popular policies of the successive government but today other political parties wanted to capture the power in West Bengal with unfair method.

    He alleged that the alliance of the Trinamool congress and naxlists wanted to defeat lefts in ensuing assembly polls in west Bengal and further said that Congress was acting as a junior partner in the alliance .He claimed that left front would return to power for consecutive eights term in Bengal.

    Dr Kuldeep Tanwar strongly condemned the statement of national secretary of the congress Rahul Gandhi in which congress leader had termed communist ideology as a dead philosophy.

    CPI (M) leader Santosh Kapoor alleged that congress was fully supporting Trinamool congress alliance with naxlists in West Bengal .She said that CPI (M) played an important role in 14th Parliament in controlling the price hike which was the reason lefts had withdrawn the support from UPA government.

    Earlier CPI (M) organized a one day convention to collect the public support against the killing of 250 party workers in West Bengal. In which a resolution was passed to support the West Bengal unit of the party in to the killing of party workers by the Trinamool congress with naxalists.
