Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 will give a tough fight to Apple iPad 3 in the coming months. Despite all its efforts Apple cannot get Galaxy tab banned as it wants

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 will be a major threat to Apple’s forthcoming iPad 3 when it is launched in the market in next few months. Despite Apple’s efforts to get Galaxy tablet banned in much of the world- they have succeeded in Germany- threat posed to it remains strong.

Rumors suggest that a new Apple iPad tablet is set to come out by Thanksgiving or early next year. A report in the Taiwan Economic News says that the new iPad tablet will hit the market during this period and we need to take the report rather seriously. Their predictions about the launch of iPhone 4 and iPad 2 were in fact very close to the actual launch dates.

Of course, there have been extensive rumors over the arrival of a second iPad model this year. Apple released its iPad 2 in March only. Therefore, many analysts have doubt in the availability of an iPad 3 this year itself.

It is then the Taiwanese financial daily has again floated the rumor over the arrival of iPad 3. Apple might be aiming at the yearend holiday vacations to market its next iPad tablet.

Certainly, the new iPad is expected to sport several fresh features. The device will be far thinner and slighter. It will have a larger display most possibly iPhone 4’s famous Retina Display, various rumors have predicted.

Some other rumor mills have put forward that the next iPad will be an iPad 2 Plus, not an iPad 3. That means the device will have some slight modifications from it’s the current model. And Apple will be up with iPad 3 in March next year.

The Taiwan Economic News also reported that the Taiwanese technology company ASUSTeK is going to unveil a new model of Transformer tablet to compete with the design of Apple iPad.

ASUSTeK’s new tablet is featured to raise huge threat for iPad, the newspaper said. The company is reportedly in research for a better design and style for its iPad to take on the iPad brand.

Samsung tablet (and all tablets for that matter ) are often called iPads by customers. What does that tell you? There is a Currys shop where tablets are dissplayed. Left side you see an army of different sized android tablets (most of them swiched off or dumys) and the right side is 1 single tablet, iPad 2. While you hardly see anyone looking or playing with any android tablet, the iPad does get customers on a Q to be played with. And rest asure, iPad 3 when it comes next year will blow all the rest out of the water like iPad 2 did.

Is it just me or does anyone else find the quick succession of new devices being released a bit of a kick in the teeth to consumers? The rate at which tablets are being succeeded by new versions, notably the iPad with the release of the third version being discussed already means that if you’ve just purchased an iPad 2 this could become the ‘old’ model in next to no time. As much as I appreciate the need to progress technology in such a new market, the rate at which this is happening is pouting me off buying a new tablet as I fear the release of a better one at the same price in a few months time.

@ digitial magazines, that is true, but if thats the case, you will never get a device, because it will forever be a continuous cycle, of the newest technology around the corner.. so you might as well get what you like now, and if something comes up thats better, just have to suck it up, and sell your old one on ebay. if the new device literally comes out a few months later after the one you just bought, you can still get a good portion of your money back for the device since it would still be relatvily new.. Most people cannot afford the latest technology anyways, until the price goes down.. So the people who dont have money, will be eager to scoop up your gadget for a good price just as long as its priced lower than the retail value of the newest hottest thing.. lol
