Salman Khan’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo box office collection shoots to Rs 165.45 cr: Update
Salman Khan is one of the most successful superstars in Indiaâ€™s Bollywood. He has a Midas touch and every film he appears turns out to be goldmine of sort. All his films in the last four years have crossed Rs 100 crore mark while most have gone on to touch Rs 200 crore mark, making him the most dependable actor in the Hindi film Industry.
His latest film seems to have taken him to an all new level with the film ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ crossing Rs 100 crore mark in the first three days alone.
Latest reports suggest that the film has made more than Rs 165 crore in the first week itself and that it still seems to be going very strong at the box office. ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, which has brought back the Prem from 90s, has been loved by all Salman Khan fans in North India and elsewhere too.
‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ has been doing one thing since its launch, it is breaking records after records. ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ made a coll Rs. 40.35 cr on the first day of its release just a day after Diwali. Since then the film has not slowed down a bit and on this coming weekend, its earning will see another massive spurt.
The box office data suggest that the film actually crossed the Rs. 150 cr mark in mere five days of its release shattering all records set by the previous Salman Khan films.
While detailing how the film made such massive money thus far, trade Analyst Taran Adarsh took to twitter to share the day-wise collections of the film: #PremRatanDhanPayo Thu 40.35 cr, Fri 31.05 cr, Sat 30.07 cr, Sun 28.30 cr, Mon 13.62 cr, Tue 12.04 cr, Wed 10.02 cr. Total: â‚¹ 165.45 cr.
