This is really very encouraging sign for their fans. Salman Khan vs Shah Rukh Khan rivalry seems to be a thing of past as they hug, great each other.

Is Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan rivalry a thing of past? Though we cannot be sure about it when it comes to the two top Khans of the filmdom, we can be pretty sure that the two are now warming to each other.

If that was not the case they wouldn’t have been seen in the same meeting, let alone hugging each other and exchanging pleasantries besides of course posing for photographs together. The two are among the top actors of the Indian cinema and there are really very few actors who have achieved the sort of success that has been achieved by the two contemporaries. They have fans in millions in every nook and corner of the world and their film year after year have been making crores and now arabs of rupees without fail.

A whole generation in the subcontinent has grown watching their film and being entertained by them. While the actresses who worked opposite them when they made historic or not so historic debut in Bollywood are looking aunties, the two and some other actors of the same age are still romancing with twenty something actresses in every other film.

To be true, not just Salman and Shah Rukh Khan, there is another one of almost the same age and similarly big achievements, and he is a Khan too. He is Aamir Khan. The three are of almost the same age, are very aggressive, have Midas touch and are loved by millions and millions of their fans across the world. While one is called a king Khan, the other is khanekhana of the Indian cinema as his films are success at the box office without being fail. The third of them Aamir Khan is the perfectionist Khan but when it comes to rivalry it is more visible between Shah Rukh and Salman Khan and the two don’t have this sort of rivalry with Aamir. But now there are reasons to believe that the rivalry and animosity that started with a birthday party of Katrina Kaif a few years ago is losing its grip on the most successful stars of the Indian cinema. Both Salman and Shah Rukh who didn’t see eye to eye are now embracing more and smiling in the presence of each other. This is a great sign and shows that the two are maturing.

In the meantime people were simply surprised when they saw SRK and Sallu Bhai greating each other and talking to each other. In last night’s glittering ceremony during the 9th Star Guild Awards where Salman Khan was the host Bollywood fans witnessed a great sight. Salman Khan and Shah Rukh met warmly and hugged each other. He also hugged his old enemies like Abhishek Bachchan, Vivek Oberoi and many others. This looked a very different Salman indeed.
