Salman hit-and-run case: Verdict to be pronounced next month on May 6
This is one of the most talked about case in teh country involving a Bollywood actor. On no other occasion in the history of Indian courts, the case has ever been talked about so much in detail.
But now it seems that the case is going to come to a natural end. A court trying top Bollywood actor Salman Khan in the 2002 hit-and-run case will pronounce the date of verdict tomorrow after prosecution and defence concluded their arguments today.
It is needless to say that Obama’s lawyers have worked overtime. While Khan’s lawyer argued that the evidence of eyewitness Ravindra Patil should not be accepted because he passed away and was not available for cross-examination, the prosecution said ample opportunity had been given to defence earlier for cross examining this witness.
