Lenovo Vibe K4 Note has finally been launched in the Indian market. The newer version of the K3 Note is being praised for the impressive improvement and new features that have been put in the new device launched by the Chinese tech giant.

Till last year, Lenovo was essentially thought to be a PC and laptop maker and not many people thought that it was into smartphones or phablets. Though it was a big smartphone player in its home market in China, in India it had essentially an image of PC maker.

Nonetheless things have changed significantly in the last one year as the company looking at the immense potential of smartphone market in India entered it full-throttled and since then things have changed completely.

There is no denying the fact that the new handset comes with impeccable design and aesthetics. It comes with a beautiful metal body and will be available in a Tuxedo Black color variant. It has also incorporated latest fad of fingerprint scanners, which are slowly becoming a standard feature among phones.

When it comes to display the handset is more than impressive. The latest K4 Note comes with a 5.5-inch curved display and 1080p Full HD resolution, which means a pixel density of 401ppi. The handset boasts of 1000: 1 contrast ratio besides Gorilla Glass 3 to keep the handset secure.

This may be one thing that may not go down well with the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note fans. The handset comes with rather older Android 5.1 Lollipop with a layer of the Vibe UI on top.

When it comes to innards the handset defies logic for the price. The handset comes powered by an octa-core MediaTek 6753 and has 2GB to 3GB RAM that should give you an impeccable experience and allow you to play even heavy games too without any issue.

Camera has become an important aspect of a smartphone nowadays. The latest beast of a smartphone from Lenovo comes with impressive snappers both front and rear. K4 Note comes with 13MP rear camera and 5MP front-facing snapper. The rear snapper features PDAF technology for improved focus and ISOCELL technology for clearer images.

When it comes to storage the handset comes with 16GB internal storage. Nonetheless don’t be disappoint as it supports microSD card slot that lets you expand the storage up to 128GB. The K4 Note supports all usual suspects such as 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and NFC. Besides the handset flaunts 3,300mAh battery and support for faster charging is promised by the company for the K4 Note.

The handset is priced at Rs 11,999 and will be sold on Amazon beginning 19 January.
