Lamar Odom clinical update: Khloé opens up finally

Lamar Odom’s health is improving at a tremendous pace. Nonetheless it will be premature to claim that he will be out of hospital in a week or even in a fortnight. He is not going to come out of hospital anytime soon as his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian told Extra.

She says while he is making fast progress some time, but on other days his health deteriorates and he goes back one step. So this vacillation is making his health a bit tricky. Nonetheless it is nothing amazing given the condition in which he was discovered. He was comatose and there was really no hope of making it out of coma, let alone regaining his consciousness and start walking and talking in less than a month. Though he is walking with the help of walker and will take a long time before he is able to walk all by himself, it is admirable that he has managed it so fast.

Lamar Odom Khloe KardashianHis estranged wife made it clear that despite being slow, he was making stride in the right direction. While talking to Extra the sultry diva said, “Every day is better. He’s off of all machines. … He is alive on his own, and no machines are helping him, which is great, but he still has a lot of physical and cognitive therapy to go through, so it’s a long road for him…Every day is different. Some days he’s really strong, and some days he’s weaker than the day before ’cause it’s mentally draining, I’m sure, on him.”
In another interview with Entertainment Tonight, Khloe said that Odom’s romantic life is not his priority right now: “Even if he was 100 percent better, he has a lot of other issues he has to deal with, I think, before taking on any relationship. He’s doing better everyday, for sure, which is a blessing, but it’s going to be a long road and he has to walk that road. It’s going to be a long time.”
