Lamar Odom condition update: Khloé Kardashian and have their grouses, suspicions, trust deficit
Lamar Odom has impressed almost everyone with his fast recovery. From his doctors to the dwindling number of his fans, everyone is impressed, and happy too. The way he fought for life and regained consciousness after being comatose for several days was impressive indeed.
The former Los Angeles Lakers player Odom is now in much better shape than he was last week. Latest reports suggest that though he has still to take the help of walkers, he is able to walk without any other person’s assistance.
This is a huge improvement given the fact that his motoring skills were badly impacted by the 12 heart attacks on 13 October. It is just a miracle or probably his athletic body that defied the logic and helped him survive. Otherwise doctors had said that he may not survive and if survives he will be unable to walk or talk. Now he is doing both, though with some help.
Four weeks have passes since he was found unconscious and comatose at Love Ranch in Nevada on 13th October. He had consumed huge quantity of herbal Viagra and cocaine besides other banned substance. His recovery has been miraculously fast and is expected to enter rehab as early as next week.
Despite rumors, Khloé Kardashian remained with him all these days. Us Weekly quoted a source as saying, “Lamar is doing better slowly but surely…He is still working with lots of therapists. Every day he is relearning how to do more with his motor skills. He is cognitively aware of everything but [it’s] hard to process a lot at once.â€
Despite overwhelming presence of Khole Kardashian it is he who decides as to who visits him at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. In the meantime a report in the ET also cited a source as saying last week that his brain injury was still considered serious, as Odom is said to have had several strokes before he fell unconscious. “It wasn’t just one small stroke, it was a series of strokes,” a source had said at the time, adding: “They won’t know the extent of the damage for a few months. They need time for the brain swelling to go down.”
