JNMC office bearers announced: Dr Tabish Khan re-elected president
Aligarh: Dr Mohd Tabish khan, Department of Community Medicine has again been elected as the President of Resident Doctors’ Association (RDA) of the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), Aligarh Muslim University.
Meanwhile, Dr Mujahid Ali, Department of Opthalmology; Dr Mohd Rafe, Department of Pathology; Dr Faheem Javed, Department of pathology and Dr Mubashir Ahmad Sofi, Intern have been elected as the Vice President, General Secretary, Treasurer, and Joint Secretary respectively of JNMCâ€™s Resident Doctors Association.
With his election, Dr Mohd Tabish khan becomes the 27th President of the RDA.
Speaking for all the elected doctors in the RDA during the Installation Ceremony, Dr Mohd Tabish khan said that the hearts of all elected members are with the RDA in general and the welfare of JNMC and the Aligarh Muslim University is our priority.
He pointed out that the best is yet to come and the RDA elects will make it a reality.
â€œSince RDA is an organization which looks after the interests of doctors and the well being of the community at large, the elected members will not fall short of expectations,â€ said Dr Mohd Tabish khan.
Earlier in the Installation Ceremony, the Chief Election Officer, Dr Irfan said that it is an honor to install the elected members of this association for the coming year.
Dr Badrul Hassan, ex- Vice President, RDA; Dr Fahmi Mia; Dr Kashif Razi; Dr Azmat; Dr Abdurrahman; Dr Istiyaq; Dr Nazmul; Dr Shadab; Dr Ahmad; Dr Shaigan,and other RDA members were present on this occasion.
About 650 doctors had voted to elect the new RDA.
