No other handset can compare with it either in price or specs. Jiayu G4 comes with HD quad-core, Android Jelly Bean, 1GB Ram and Rs 9000 price tag

Indian consumers must be very happy with the latest launch of Jiayu G4, an HD quad-core smart-phone. This mid range phone is probably not just among the best handset launched from any company it is also the cheapest of the lot. Running on Mediatek MT6589 the handset will reportedly be coming at unbelievable price of Rs. 9,000.

Though the test of pudding in eating, we can be pretty sure that the handset is better than what we can expect even in dreams at the given price. So be prepared to receive probably the best handset launched in the country by local start-ups in recent months. We have got plenty of good class handsets at affordable prices from Micromax and Karbomm, but this is sure going to win the hearts and minds of Indian techies who have always dreamt of top quality and low priced smart-phones.

The company, based in China is launching not one, but three handsets in the Indian market and all with good quality and very affordable price tags. The base model will be priced as low as Rs 3000 and its quad-core handset will come with price tag of Rs 9000.

The handset comes with great specs and features and Indian geeks are going to fall for it in their millions. Jiayu G4 specs include dual-SIM capabilities along with dual standby capabilities, 2G GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz and 3G WCDMA 2100MHz. the best thing is the fact that it has both GSM and CDMA capabilities, unlike Micromx or Karbomm handsets that have been announced recently. Jiayu 4G also comes with very recent Android version. The handset will come with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean straight out of the box. Jiyau 4G will be powered by 1.2GHz Mediatek MTK6589 Cortex A7 quad-core processor, along with PowerVR SGX 544 GPU and 1GB of RAM. To be true it has overwhelming edge over another handset launched with at least Rs 2000 higher price tag by

Its display is also comparatively superior to anything we have seen in this price range. It comes with very impressive 4.7-inch IPS display with a 1280×720 pixel resolution and 312ppi ratio. Besides it has a very powerful 13 mega pixel rear camera that comes loaded with flash

The handset seems infinitely better than recently announced Karbonn Smart A111. This handset with 5-inch display comes with dual SIM option and reports suggest that it is able to do multi-tasking for the handset owners. Though it runs on a rather older version of Android, Ice Cream Sandwich OS, the handset obtains the speed to multitask with the help of a Qualcomm Scorpion processor clocked at 1.2GHz. Assisting the CPU in its operations is 512MB of RAM that has been fitted under the hood. So compared to Karbonn Smart A111, Jiayu 4G seems a huge improvement. With lower price, it is going to be very attractive for Indian consumers.
