The new iPhone 5S is available in all standard onboard memory capacities as does the Galaxy Note 3, which are 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. It is when the Xperia Z1 is available only in 64GB. The Note 3 and Xperia Z1 however tout the option for memory expansion.

Meanwhile, iPhone 5S debuted Apple’s fresh and the best ever update iOS 7. The Xperia Z1 features Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, while Note 3 has the latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean variant out of box.
