Sometimes ago a study conducted by the National Sleep Foundation revealed that Americans are highly sleep depraved. Its study found that Americans have been claiming 26 minutes less sleep.
Nonetheless experts are of the opinion that if you try, it will be rather very easy to fight this sleep deficiency. Breus is of the opinion that â€œIf youâ€™re among the many Americans who are sleep deprived, it probably wonâ€™t be difficult for you to fall asleep at the new timeâ€¦That way, seeing the lost hour up front will motivate you to go to bed earlierâ€¦On the Wednesday before the time change, go to bed 15 minutes earlierâ€¦On Thursday, go to bed another 15 minutes earlier, and another 15 the next two nights so that by Saturday, youâ€™re going to bed an hour early.â€
