Congress condemns BJP for financial instability in Himachal

Nahan: Former speaker and Senior congress leader Gangu Ram Mussafir has strongly condemned the BJP government over the finical instability in Himachal Pradesh.
Interacting with media persons Congress leader said that Himachal was under the burden of 27 thousand crore loans but there was no sighted pace of development in the state. He alleged that BJP government was taking the loans in every aspect but not spending the amount on the development properly and also alleged that UPA government had granted 900 crore for MANREGA but surprisingly the funds were not utilized properly. He said that the arrears of the
employees worth 2000 crore was pending but state was not taking interest for the payment of arrears of the employees. Congress leader said that it was happening first time when the employees are getting the arrears and other allowances in installments. He said that despite the enormous grant of the UPA government than why the amount is not
being spent over the development of the state. Former speaker informed that around 5000 posts in various  departments in this backward district were lying vacant but BJP government was not taking interest in this direction. He raised a question mark that why the any prestigious institute of government sector is not opened in the district. He also informed the figure of unemployed has been reached to 9 lakh and it was just an eye wash to provide 70 employments in Industries and hydel projects. District youth congress president and Chairman Rajgarh municipal council Dinesh Arya was also present on the occasion.
