Bobbi Kristina Brown death bed photo creates sensation: How much National Enquirer paid for it
Bobbi Kristina Brown’s latest and obviously the last picture of her has been published by the National Enquirer. The picture of Whitney Houston’s late daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown was acquired by the National Enquirer for a rather pricey sum of $100000.
This is beyond imagination why a news source –that calls itself respectable –will go to this extent despite knowing very well that the girl was not in great condition long before she was actually pronounced dead.
She was brain dead for the last six months after being found lifeless, comatose, on January 31. She was found drowned, head down and never recovered from irreparable permanent brain damage. This was something doctors had said long time ago that it cannot be treated. Merely on the insistence of Bobbi Brown, her father, she was kept on life support for thus long. Houstons, particularly, Krissi’s grandma knew that the girl wouldn’t come out of coma.
In the meantime despite the fact that National Enquirer calls it a photo while she was in casket, this doesn’t seem to be the case. This is because of the fact that in this photo Bobbi Kristina Brown was with an oxygen mask and neck brace on. Bobby Brown family members have said that it was probably taken at least a month or so ago as she was not wearing a neck brace once she was taken to Peachtree Christian Hospice facility.
Reports suggest that National Enquirer paid a princely sum for this picture. The question is, did the tabloid score a final deathbed photo and a coffin photo but are saving the funeral photo for another explosive cover next week?
A report while claiming that it was a picture taken long before Bobbi Kristina was taken to the hospice care. “since family members would have been watching staffers closely when they were in Bobbi Kristina Brown’s room, it’s far more probable that a family member or friend of the family is to blame for these photos of 22 year old Bobbi Kristina taken just prior to her passing. No doubt both sides of the family will try to blame each other for the photoâ€, says a report.
