Bobbi Kristina Brown condition update: After death bed photo, $10m lawsuit says Gordon physically abused, stole her money

Finally the news has come out from the closet. After accusations of assaulting Bobbi Kristina Brown that allegedly caused her death, a lawsuit has been filed against her ex boyfriend Nick Gordon. The lawsuit was reportedly filed as Whitney Houston’s daughter was being shifted to a hospice care after all effort to rejuvenate failed.

Bobbi Kristina was found drowned in a bathtub at her Atlanta house on January 31 and there are allegations that the girl’s body had marks of beating. The girl was comatose and reportedly suffered permanent brain damage. This is the reason that despite being given the best possible medical help the girl neither regained consciousness nor gave slightest hint of any improvement in her condition.

A report in the PEOPLE confirms that Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s daughter’s ex boyfriend who lived with her till the tragedy has been served with a $10 million lawsuit filed by her conservators. The court appointed conservator had said last month that not just Nick tortured her, he also siphoned her money into his own personal account.

The leading entertainment and Hollywood source claims that it has got its hands at the copy of the document and goes on to add that that Gordon misrepresented himself as Bobbi Kristina’s husband to control her and limit her interactions with others.

PEOPLE while quoting from the said document said, “often answered Brown’s personal cell phone, would not allow her to make appointments without his approval, and manipulated her bank relationship so that he could access her money”.

The document also accused Nick Gordon that he swindled her funds into his own personal account. In the meantime there are reports that Nick Gordon has hired a high-profile legal team, including attorney Jose Baez, that he expects will save him. With so much money at stake he can spend something to save his skin.
