But now it looks that the drama was not over. In the meantime a new lawsuit claims that Nick Gordon knocked out Bobbi Kristina Brown by giving her a “toxic cocktail” and laying her face down in the bathtub where she would die.

A latest report in the New York Daily News reports that court documents filed in Fulton County, Ga., describe the incident as a “wrongful death” and Gordon is not facing criminal charges. Court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove has reportedly filed the complaint, alleging that Gordon was physically abuse towards his girlfriend in the days prior to her death. At one point he kicked her until she was “curled up in the fetal position” on the floor. He reportedly knocked out her tooth, and blood was smeared on the walls when he dragged her upstairs by her hair.

Gordon has been faving allegations by Housyons that he was behind the condition of Bobbi Kristina Brown. Joe Habachy and Jose Baez, his attornies have denied any wrongdoing. They told the Daily News in a statement: “The recent lawsuit against Nick is slanderous and meritless. Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and it’s shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly.”

Meanwhile a report in the Daily News rep “The Fulton County District Attorney’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment regarding any possible criminal investigations surrounding Brown’s death.”
