Things are not going to be easy for Blade runner Oscar Pistorius. Reports suggest that steroids have been found in his house

Blade Runner or Oscar Pistorius is faced with teh most difficult situation in his life. He is accused of killing his girlfriend of years. But the sprinter hasn’t accepted it and his lawyers -among the best in the field -are solidly backing him saying that a case of murder cannot be made against him. Oscar Pistorius himself, his family and his team of lawyers have steadily claimed that the sprinter had taken his girlfriend as intruder in the middle of the night. They have flatly refused to budge under pressure from government attorneys who are working hard to prove that he indeed killed his model girlfriend and that the two had fights earlier in the day and that resulted in taking him the extreme step.

But so far no one has come forward to prove that the sprinter actually was unhappy with his girlfriend and that this was the reason. There are other reports of his girlfriend dating someone else and Oscar Pistorius getting angry on realising it. But so far nothing has proved and the best thing for Oscar Pistorius is the fact that his fans are standing solidly with him and so are his family members.

But government sources suggest that his claim of itruder will not stand in teh court. Investigators have found no evidence to support Paralympian Oscar Pistorius’s version that he mistook his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp for a burglar, the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court heard Tuesday. “There is no possible information to support his version that it was a burglar,” said State prosecutor Gerrie Nel in a submission at Pristorius bail hearing. At the time of the shooting there were only two persons at Pistorius’s home, Nel said, Xinhua reports. Steenkamp was shot three times behind a closed bathroom door.

Meanwhile more and more details are filtering out. “The door was broken open from the outside,” Nel told the court, asking why a burglar would lock himself in the bathroom. With Pistorius still looking at the floor, the door was locked, Nel said, adding Steenkamp’s body was carried downstairs. Nel insisted that it was a premeditated murder. This is going to be indeed a long legal battle and we will have to wait for months if not years to see the case solved.
