As far as display is concerned, it has been speculated that the new Note will come with a rather larger display from its current model. The original Note has a 5.2-inch display and the current model has a fairly big 5.5-inch screen. Anyway, when it comes to RAM capacity, the Korean publication Hankyung claims that the Galaxy Note 3 will offer 3GB RAM as part of its sequential upgrades from 1GB RAM for Note original and 2GB RAM for Note 2. Note 3 will be released during IFA 2013 in Germany.
