BJP seeks to repeat in Himachal


    Nahan: Expressing the faith in the leadership of the Chief Minister Himachal Prof Prem Kumar Dhumal, recently appointed district chief of the BJP Baldeav Tomar has said that to repeat the history of 2008 parliament polls in 2013 assembly polls would be in his top priority.

    Interacting with media persons district BJP chief Baldeav Tomar said that he would work like a solider for strengthen the organization in the district. He said that district had created history in the recent parliament election when all the five assembly seats of the district had given lead to BJP.  BJP district chief also said that the executive committee of the district would be announced in ten days in which all section of the party would be given representation. He admitted that there was a minor difference in the party workers during the organizational polls. He said that he would try his best to strength the party. Replying to a query he admitted that the party candidates should be projected in advance so that they could perform well in the assembly elections. It is worthwhile to mention here that it was a major set back for the BJP not to project candidates in the advance. District BJP chief also said that he would submit a detailed report of the district in next six months after completing his tour at grass route level so that party could be aware with actual status. He also welcomed the announcement of the chief Minister Prof Prem Kumar Dhumal in which chief minister had announced the opening of the 6th IRB battalion at Kolar in the Nahan constituency. He also informed that soon a deputation of the party workers would meet Chief Minister to express gratitude for the announcement.
