Asus Transformer Book Trio, Asus MeMo Pad HD 7 showcased

    Computex Taipei has become a great platform for Asus, the Taiwan tech giant, to unveil a bunch of its new products. The firm has surfaced seven new products at the event, one of the world’s top technology shows. Asus’ new products include the Transformer Pad Infinity, FonePad FHD 6, Transformer Book Tri and VivoPC etc… Let’s check each product in detail below before listening to what Asus has to say about its new products.
    “We seek to perfect the balance between engineering and humanity, where every intricate detail echoes our needs for both emotion and function,” the company chairman Jonney Shih said. “This is the Asus way of Design Thinking, where every idea starts with people and we turn our imagination into myriad revolutionary innovations.”

    Asus Transformer Book Trio: As its name suggests, the Transformer Book Trio is a three-in-one 11.6-inch computing system. Asus has designed it in a way that it can be converted to three forms; Windows 8 notebook, Windows 8 desktop and an Android tablet. The machine gets its power from a 2GHz Intel Atom processor and 64GB internal memory, and its PC station dock has Intel’s Core i7 CPU and 750GB of HDD. The dock is used to convert the machine to a Windows 8 desktop. Its display uses an IPS technology with FullHD 1080p resolution.

    Asus MeMo Pad HD 7: It is a new addition to Asus’ famous MeMo Pad series of Android tablets. The 7-inch machine sports a 10-point multi-touch 1280 x 800 IPS display with 170-degree wide viewing angles. It is to pack a quad core CPU, 8GB or 16GB of internal memory and more. SonicMaster audio technology, a 5MP rear camera and a 1.2MP front camera are other notable features. It is to come in dark blue, pink, white and green colors for price as low as $129 for the 8GB model and $149 for the 16GB model.

    Asus Fonepad Note FHD 6: It is the company’s reply to Samsung’s Galaxy Note series. With a 6-inch 1920 x 1080 FullHD Super IPS+ display, the phablet will take on all other phablets out in stores. The gadget will be equipped with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z2560 dual core processor, a stylus and front-facing stereo speakers with the company’s SonicMaster technology for better music experience.

    Asus Transformer Pad Infinity: It is a new upgrade to Asus’ Transformer large-screen tablet series. The 10.1-inch device sports a 10.1-inch LED backlit display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. The Pad Infinity is powered by a 1.9GHz NVIDIA Tegra 4 chipset, meaning that it might be one of the first devices to get the brand new Nvidia chipset.

    Asus VivoMouse: It is a great PC mouse developed by Asus with the newest technologies. It has a touchpad that can recognize all Windows 8 touch gestures. It can be used as wireless remote for home entertainment systems, TVs and more.

    Asus VivoPC: The VivoPC is a wireless media center, which is ideal for HD Wi-Fi audio and video streaming. Working with the high-speed 802.11ac connection, the machine can bring video and music in better clarity. Of course, it is up with the company’s new SonicMaster audio technology and it sports a couple of USB 3.0 ports and SATA 6GB/s for easy transfer of data.

    Asus RT-AC68U Wireless Router: Among its new products line is also an advanced wireless router dubbed the RT-AC58U Wireless Router. The dual-band 802.11ac router combines AC1900 data rates of 1900Mbit/s and it extends Asus’ AiRadar technology, focusing on Wi-Fi for a stronger wireless connection. It also features an interesting Router-to-Router Sync mode for advanced experience.

    Well, Asus will soon be starting bringing the newly announced products to global stores. The company hasn’t revealed the exact price and release date of most of its new products. Indeed, these details are soon expected from Asus, and they will find light sooner than later.
