As many as 32 AMU students get placement at Wipro

ALIGARH: The leading IT Company, Wipro Technologies have selected 32 students from various courses under the Faculty of Science in Aligarh Muslim University through a campus selection process. The placement drive was facilitated by the Training and Placement Office (General) of the University.

Mr. Saad Hameed, TPO (General) said that out of 76 students, who participated in the selection process, 32 got the final job offer after a rigorous test and interview. Out of these selected candidates, 20 are girls.

Appreciating the talent in the girl students of the University, Mr. Rahul Bhatia, leader of the visiting team from Wipro expressed happiness on the increasing number of girls participating in campus placements.amu students get wipro placement

Mr. Bhatia along with his team members met the AMU Pro-Vice Chancellor, Brig. S. Ahmad Ali in his office and thanked the university administration for University’s support.

Mr. Hameed said that Wipro Technologies is also offering a full time MS degree programme affiliated with Velore institute of Technology for the selected students.
