AMU appoints Deputy and Assistant Proctors for 2 Years

Aligarh: Aligarh Muslim University has today appointed new Deputy and Assistant Proctors for a period of two years or till the term of the present Proctor with immediate effect. These appointments have been made on the recoomendations of newly appointed Proctor, Professor M Mohsin Khan.

Professor Mahmood S Khan, Department of Psychology; Prof B B Singh, Department of Physical Education; Dr Rashid Umar, Associate Professor, Department of Geology and Dr Mohd Shamim, Associate Professor, Department of Commerce have been appointed as the Deputy Proctors.

Dr Salman Khalil Azmi, Associate Professor, Department of Community Medicine; Dr Shafiullah, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry; Dr Mohd Tahir, Assistant Professor, Department of Social Work; Dr Mohd Arif Khan, Assistant Professor, Department of Social Work; Dr Irfan Ahmad, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce; Dr Anwar Ahmad, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce; Dr Ahsanullah Khan, Assistant Professor, Department of Arabic; Dr Ziya Siddiqui, Assistant Professor, Department of Ophthalmology; Dr Amir Ahmad, Assistant Professor, Department of History; Dr Mohammad Mohsin, Assistant Professor, Department of Amraze Jild wa Zohrawia; Mrs Sheeba Manzoor, Assistant Professor, Women’s Polytechnic and Dr Rashid Ali, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering have been appointed as Assistant Proctors.
