Amanda Peterson cause of death, coroner report released: Autopsy report says deadly combination of drugs responsible
Amanda Peterson died in very mysterious circumstances around two months ago. Her fans are still mourning her death. But they were more shocked when it was revealed that she actually passed away two days before her body was discovered from her home.
Many people couldn’t believe that her death was actually a normal death and thought there was some sort of criminal angle. No one actually thought that an actress who spend almost her entire life under camera lenses will do so unsung and in such circumstances. It must be kept in mind that she faced camera for the first time when she was just seven year old. It was merely a year later when she actually bagged a role in a film at the age of just eight years. Her role in Annie brought laurel to the young girl that she was at the time.
Though not many people will recall it, but she also appeared in Father Murphy and Silver Spoons. Her television career is rather very long and people loved her onscreen persona. She appeared in more than fifty television commercials and in 1983–84 she actually co-starred as Squirt Sawyer on the NBC drama series Boone. But unlike the plan, Boone didn’t succeed and was canceled after only a season.
In the meantime the cause of her death has been revealed. A report by coroner’s office produced on the TMZ website says that the actress died following an accidental overdose after ingesting a deadly combination of drugs.
To be true, it was on July 3 when she passed away. Nonetheless her body was discovered only two days later on July 5 when her family became suspicious as she failed to turn up at an important family get-together. Peterson, was briefly a star name in Hollywood following her turn as an Arizona cheerleader in the 1987 romantic comedy Can’t Buy Me Love. She was all of 16 when she starred opposite Patrick Dempsey as high school student Cindy Mancini.
