It was a great show of boxing and both the boxers looked in great form, but it was eventually won by the 23-year old Broner. Adrien Broner vs Paulie Malignaggi full fight review (video)

Adrien Broner has come a long way in the professional boxing. He is the man who is being talked in great words right now and praise is being showered on him not by just his own fans, but by almost all the fans of the boxing across the world.

Adrien Broner gave to the sport a great fight just the other day. And to be true it was not against an unknown boxer, but a top class boxer in the world boxing who had beaten among the best of the boxers across the world and gave a very good fight even against Adrien Broner, before judges finally announced Adrien Broner the winner of the fight by split decision.

Notwithstanding the fact that the fight was close and that the split decision made it look quite close, Adrien Broner was actually everywhere during the fight and Paulie Malignaggi remained at the recieveing end for much of the fight, though he also managed many fierce counter attacks. He says that the judges were biased in favour of Adrien Broner and that he is seeking a rematch against the winner. But to be true, he doesn’t seem to have any chance of it getting it against a fighter who has managed to amaze almost all by his sudden rise in the boxing world.

To be true, Adrien Broner is winning one fight after the other in one weight group to the other. He is WBO super featherweight champion, WBC lightweight champion and current WBA welterweight champion and to be true, he has manage to amaze his opponents in more ways than one. Merely at 23 years of age he is now a three-time titleholder, having won belts at junior lightweight, lightweight and now welterweight in only a 19-month span. Adrien Broner became just the fourth fighter to win titles at 130, 135 and 147 pounds, joining his idol Floyd Mayweather Jr., Manny Pacquiao and Oscar De La Hoya. And to be true there are chances that he can actually run into Mayweather Jr quite early. By the way Mayweather was there watching the game.

Broner continued to frustrate Malignaggi, nine years elder than him by telling him repeatedly “youn can’t hit me”. The scores at the end of the game was 117-111 and 115-113 for Broner and 115-113 for Malignaggi.  Will he face Mayweather in his next fight is still not clear.
