This is going to be well received in the market. 5-incher Spice Coolpad quad core handset with Android 4.2 has been launched in India for just Rs 9,900

Spice has come out with an excellent 5-inch smartphone in the Indian market with quad core processor, 5 mega pixel main camera and below Rs 10000 price tag. The handset launched in association with a Chinese smartphone and tablet manufacturer seems to be a great handset and would have got a lot better response in the market had Spice installed an 8 mega pixel camera in this handset. Instead it comes with 5 MP rear camera.

Smartphone with top specifications and features are making appearance in the country almost every other day. While top smartphone manufacturers too come out with their top and mid level handsets here, we see more launches of smartphones with good specifications from local smartphone vendors whose handsets are improving in quality and quality of specifications by every passing day. Micromax has just announced a handset Canvas 4 that is expected to come with as good specs as Galaxy S4 and reports suggest that it will be priced as low as Rs 18000 only.

The latest Spice handset comes with 5-inch display, 1.2 GHz quad core processor, 1GB RAM, 4 GB of internal memory that can be expanded by 32GB though MicroSD, dual SIM option and will be powered by Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. With Rs 9900 price tag, it is certainly going to get rather good response in the market.
