Bobbi Kristina Brown death remains a mystery even now: 5 charges against boyfriend Nick Gordon that might not be proved
It seems a long time when Bobbi Kristina Brown lived amidst us. There is no denying the fact that she died merely a fortnight ago, she was not really alive for the last six and half months.
She was reportedly brain dead since the incident on January 31 this year when she was found drowned, head down and completely submerged in the water. She was comatose and never regained her consciousness despite being given the best possible medication available in the US. Merely a fortnight after her tragedy, her grandmother Cissy Houston told the media that there was no hope of her revival. She would have been pronounced dead in February on the third death anniversary of her mother Whitney Houston.
Almost everyone is unanimous that being the heiress of a massive estate left behind her mother delayed the inevitable. It seems that to many, getting a slice of the estate was far more important than the respect that her body should have been given.
Now it is the time to settle the mystery of her death. Almost everyone seems to be claiming that her boyfriend Nick Gordon may be behind her death. So many mysterious theories are doing the round that it is hard to brush them aside.
There are at least five major allegations against him. These include 1) beating, 2) embezzlement of her assets, 3) spying, 4) not letting her take her own decision, 5) giving her toxic cocktail and above all 6) wrongful death.
While any of these accusations can be true. He was just like a normal youth who had lived with her mother as he adopted son for close to 12 years before her death and with Bobbi Kristina as her boyfriend. Till now there are no criminal charges against him and he doesn’t look like a criminal.
On the other hand it is common knowledge that not just Bobbi Kristina, even her mother, the legendary singer and actor Whitney Houston were into drugs for long. Drug overdose was thought to be the case of her death.
Now as he is facing $60 million amended wrongful death lawsuit that was filed late Friday against Gordon by Bobbi Kristina’s court-appointed conservator.
But these accusations against him may not stand a chance against nick Gordon. Georgia lawyer and legal analyst Phillip Holloway says that lawyers allege “unspecified information” in lawsuits all the time, information that causes them to believe certain things occurred, he says. They don’t have to get into the details until later, during discovery, when each side explores the strengths and/or weaknesses of the other side’s position. “Just as in a criminal indictment, no actual evidence has to be revealed in filing a lawsuit†he goes on to add.
