All the higher courts giving decision in favour of Baba Ji. The Upaya which was made an issue is actually an issue. The fact that Baba Ji preaches people to abstain from Upaya and Mannat and telss devotees to keep pooja simple and devotional with utmost respect and regard to the Almighty. But now the question is what is the remedy of people filing these false cases for defamation and media joining hands in defamation bid. Doesn’t this calls for legal action against each one of them to ensure similar stunts are not tried in future against a public figure for defamation or even black mail purpose.

There is no remedy offered by Nirmal Baba Ji as he sends his devotees to Temple, Mosque, Church and Gurudwara as per their respective religion and which was obvious to all the devotees. Media did telecast sponsored defamation bid in concurrence with paid cases against Baba Ji all over India just to stop his telecast on TV. Interestingly Delhi High Court found nothing such was done by Baba Ji , but Bina Lower court judge sees treatment of disease in samosa and rasgulla and not the pschye of the complainant who happens to a labourer and has never come to Baba Ji, saw him on TV and filed a sponsored case. How much media will go down they followed Baba Ji at Airport and even tried to intimidate the office staff hired to take care of devotees calls and bookings. Fan following of Baba Ji did not decrease but media has lost its credibility now. If they can do sponsored defamation on religious Guru for blackmail, imagine what havoc they can do in a democracy during election. Media TRP is all time low now and even on social sites media is accused every day by common man now they know their entire truth.

The verdict was similar to the ones already been given by other High Courts in favour of Nirmal Baba, underlining the fact that there is definitely some conspiracy going on against Nirmal Baba.
