This update sucks!!!! I feel like I’m using a phone from the 90′s. Bad graphics, slow as hell, signal is bad. There is a one second delay from switching screens now. Any way to go back?

Why remove the punctuation from the predictive bit!?!??! Now u have to long press the full stop by the way. Still, a bit stupid.

I finally had a great phone with the samsung s2. Now I own JUNK again!! I now have to carry a plug with me all the time. Cell service is non existent. This is ridiculous and frustrating. I want the old operating system back. I was praising how the phone battery was awesome and I could go all day doing my business. Now I’m lucky if I get a few hours. I hope a patch or fix comes ASAP!

This update is AWFUL!

I loved my Galaxy s2 and now I absolutely hate it, phone dies in a few hours, no internet connection when I’m on wifi or 3g, KEYBOARD SUCKS!

How do we go back??????

I completely agree. I have all of everyone else’s symptoms and then some… I am expecting a patch back to the old FW, or demanding rather.

Signal is worse, 4g might as well use dial up internet, apps wont load. *****If it’s not broke, don’t try and fix it****

First time I’ve ever left feedback. If you udate, you better own a second phone for making calls. Your phone gets turned it into a paper weight and no help from Sprint.

I agree. Since my phone was updated, battery life and internet connection are terrible. I also have found that all of the music and pictures I had on my phone are all scrambled and have been spread out across various folders on my phone that I didn’t put them into! AND when I touch a picture in a folder, a different picture comes up. It’s really frustrating! Swype is also more frustrating and tedious than before. They should revoke the update.

Where is Swype?? I can’t even find it in the market? Why is my phone “dinging” all the time now? and HOW DO I TURN IT OFF without having to silent my phone?? Why am I having to download most of my apps again? Phone won’t sync with my car bluetooth now. What a nightmare!!!!!!

The screenshot still works, took me a few tries though. Press the power key and home key at the same time, same as before, and release at the exact same time. The screen should look like a polaroid when it takes it. They now go under screenshots in the gallery.

I am supposed to be doing the update tomorrow but after reading this lot I’m not going yo bother.to take a screenshot after the update you press and hold simultaneously the volume down key and the power key for a few seconds, does not work with a quick press.u

Still getting used to the new update but I am wondering why I am no longer able to take a screen shot on my phone. I never had an issue with screen shots until the update. If there is a new way of taking them and anybody knows please reply and let me in on the new secret. Thx.

This update was HORRIBLE! My texting options are now terrible! I have to go to a second page to use any punctuation???? It offers way less word suggestions. I paid a lot of money for this phone & shouldn’t have to deal with this aggravation!

I agree the update sucks the only benefit I get from it is the internet moves faster. Other then that it has been a waste it deleted all the files I had in my USB file and now will no longer let me even save anything in this file. Not to mention it keeps kicking me out of my yahoo email account stating login in failure.
