I was looking literally for a mini computer and if I can get the Note 2 then that's what I'll get. Why does it take so long to get other competing products to the market? The other phones listed to supposedly "compete" aren't comparable. I hate the iPhone because it's impractical for what I need to be able to do on the go. I've never liked Apple products - they are all hype and high price. Anything that can be customized to me - instead of the reverse is a preferable product. The only thing that really annoys me is that it's only on AT&T. It has to move to other carriers or I'm just buying one without a contract. I'm sick of getting ripped off on service plans, etc. I really wanted to get a Note now but I’m going to wait for the newest one. The Apple team got to really pull up their socks and come up with something truly extraordinary if they want to make a dent to the sales volume of the Note 2 this coming end of the year holiday season. Otherwise iPhone will quickly become irrelevant in the smartphone market place. This is clear as Apple have to rely more and more on injunctions, not innovations to compete with the likes of Galaxy S3, Tab and the Note 2. If the injunctions fails to stop the sales, Apple can always borrow Elop from Microsoft and send him to Seoul to be the next Samsung CEO.
