MTC drivers and conductors need to be reined in and is high time the staff of MTC are closely monitored for harassing passengers. Since it affects citizens pursuit for ovement and livlihood, MTC staff should be handled with bets possible punishment by setting up passenger grievance cell in every bus terminals.
ANYWAY the metro rail will fix MTC staff in their place very shortly and the unruly arm-twisting MTC will stay coiled up in a corner like the once striking postal staff.
