Mahi is dead, says doctor

Manesar: Mahi, the four-year-old girl who was pulled out Sunday from a deep borewell here after a four-day ordeal, is dead, a senior hospital doctor said.

Chief Medical Officer Praveen Garg of the Civil Hospital stated this to IANS after soldiers finally took out the girl from the 70-feet borewell.

Mahi fell into it Wednesday night, triggering a major rescue operation. (IANS)
