Raja Pervez Ashraf elected new Pakistani PM

Islamabad, (IANS) Raja Pervez Ashraf of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) was Friday elected the new Pakistani prime minister by 211 votes to 89 by a special session of the National Assembly, the lower house of parliament, Geo News reported.
