Finally Samsung Galaxy S3 release date has almost arrived. meanwhile Galaxy S3 has got 9 million preorders
In just two weeks after its official announcement, Samsung Galaxy S III has received more than nine million pre-orders, unauthorized sources report. Referring to an unnamed Samsung official, the Korean Economic Daily has reported the update. Samsung announced its third gen Galaxy S at the Samsung Unpacked event in London on May 3. The device was then announced to be shipped by late this month. The device will hit European stores on May 29. Samsung advertises the handset as the official London 2012 Olympics smartphone.
According to the report, Samsung’s smartphone factory in Korea was running at its full capacity to produce enough handsets. But the company has refused to comment on the news. Samsung, which is already the world’s leading smartphone producer, can institute its market domination further with the Galaxy S III. Samsung has recently beaten Apple and others in number of total smartphone sales especially thanks to its flagship Android phone series Galaxy S. An addition of a far richer Galaxy S III to the series will give it an extra edge for the company.
