Latest reports suggest Apple’s iPhone 5 is expected to come with NFC capability and A5X CPU

Apple’s forthcoming iPhone version is making headlines long before it is launched or even before a formal launch schedule. With Apple sending out invitations for their forthcoming World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC) set to begin on June 11, there is increased cacophony about the launch of the next generation iPhone, being dubbed iPhone 5.

But, the Cupertino based tech giant Apple, that is sitting on a cash mountain of 110 billion dollars has kept a studied silence over mounting speculations in the media. No news is coming out from Cupertino based tech giant’s secretive office about when, where and with what specs, iPhone 5 will be introduced in the market.

But there are signs that suggest iPhone 5 to be a much more improved smartphone than anything we had so far. A latest report in Computer World suggests iPhone 5 will come with (Near Field Communications) NFC capability.

The Near Field Capability is going to make the iPhone 5 all the more desired by Apple fans across the world. Near Field Communication (NFC) is a wireless connectivity technology that makes short range communication between electronic devices possible. It allows for simplified transactions, data exchange, and wireless connections between two devices in close proximity to each other, usually by no more than a few centimeters. The technology allows short-range data transfer, usually at a distance of 10 cm or less. In other words, Near Field Communication can quickly swap information between devices. This technology is included in electronic devices in the form of a small chip. Several Android phones already come with this technology and for many Apple fans this is on top of their wish-list.

With the NFC capability iPhone 5 users will be able to send and receive app they bought from iTunes. Computer World report says Apple got the new patent to make things easy for its users in the days to come.

Apple’s new iPhone version is going to be a lot better and faster. A report in 9To5Mac suggests the new iPhone version will be powered by Apple’s A5X processor that will give better graphics and improved design with a bigger screen. iPhone 5 will not come with the same old 3.5 inch screen but a 4 inch or even bigger display. The new iPad 3 also uses the same A5X CPU and with iPhone 5 being fitted with such a powerful processor we can be sure of a blazing fast smartphone
