Japanese car giant Toyota has released its redesigned car Camry 2012. This is fully redesigned car that is being touted as a rebirth of Camry. It is not that the car was unattractive, but the new changes are going to make it all the more enticing for people who want best specs in the car.
Though the car has been introduced in the US today, consumers in many other countries including India will have to wait for at least a few months, before they could have a feel of the new Camry from the top Japanese carmaker.
For almost a year Toyota is beset with one challenge after the other. It was mired in the biggest recall controversy last year. And if that was not enough, its car plant faced huge challenges following one of the worst earthquakes in the modern Japanese history.
Several of Toyota car plants were damaged badly and it was possible for the company after almost two months to begin operation fully.
Camry has been among the best selling car for Toyota and every new edition of the car is awaited with huge expectations. In the United States of America Camry has remained the highest selling car for the last one decade.
There is an impression that Toyota is facing tough competition in the mid segment from South Korean car manufacturer Hyundai. Their cars come with the best specifications and add-ons without being too costly.
Now there is some good news for Camry lovers. The Japanese car giant has said that the base price of the new look car would be a bit lower. Though the customers would have liked to see the reduction at least a thousand dollars, nonetheless $200 discount too is not that bad.
The high end models would see around $2000 reduction making them more enticing for customers who love Toyota cars.
