11 quintals poppy husk seized

Yamunanagar: The police seized over 11 quintals of poppy husk from a truck near Hamida Chowki in the district here today. A police party intercepted the truck coming from UP near Hamida Chowki. The police seized 36 bags of poppy husk from the truck.

Truck driver Surinder was also arrested The driver said he had brought this consignment for Pankaj Shoes of Yamunanagar. A case has been registered.
