Its not the time to just Convey Solidarity or Condolences with just WAIT and WATCH as mute spectator. India should not be late in Rescue Mission as usual. PM Manmohan should right away depart couple of Navy Ships for rescue and humanitarian mission with extra 1000 Volunteers on board. Japan has always stood by India and send their Rescue Team to India on any Natural Disaster.
