Chief Justice of Uttarakhand High Court appointed

New Delhi: The President of India appointed Mr.  Justice Bipin Chandra Kandpal, senior most Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court, to perform the duties of the office of the Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from 10th September, 2009 consequent upon the retirement of Mr. Justice Vinod Kumar Gupta, Chief Justice of the Uttarakhand High Court.

    Court is not for poor’s in recent legal system because it is too expensive. Rich peoples are reluctantly diverting it as they want.
