L.K. Advani congratulates Anurag Thakur

New Delhi: L.K Advani, Leader of Opposition congratulated Anurag Thakur, newly elected Member of Parliament from Hamirpur Parliamentary Constituency when he accompanied by Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister called on L.K. Advani at New Delhi today.
Anurag Thakur touched the feet of L.K. Advani on meeting him for the first time after winning the Hamirpur Parliamentary election with a record margin and sought blessing for his successful political career. L.K. Advani was moved by the simplicity and decency of Anurag Thakur and termed him as a rising star of Indian politics.
Anurag Thakur told that he would continue the past traditions of his family to serve the party as ‘Karamyogi’ and devote his life for strengthening of the party and welfare of the people. He said that he will continuously grow under the guidance and leadership of L.K. Advani and will come up to expectations of the Party High Command as well as the State leadership.
Prof. Dhumal detailed the election history of Hamirpur Parliamentary constituency and assured that State Government will come up to the expectations of the voters by wholeheartedly working for the upliftment of the common masses. He termed it as semi final for the ensuing Lok Sabha election and said that this has emerged as a trend for next Lok Sabha Election.
