One killed in Amba Shakti factory accident

NAHAN: As per information received here Mohammad Irshad a worker engaged with Amba Shakti factory was crushed to death under a heavy crane in the factory compound last night.

As per sources driver of the crane was absconding since the accident took place. Deceased was taken to Narayan Garh Hospital of Haryana instead of district Hospital Nahan, where post mortem was done and he was buried after that. He was resident of Uttar Pradesh. No more details were available about him.

Ms Bindu Rani Sachdeva, Additional S.P. of Police Sirmour said that a case has been registered in this regard and Kala Amb police was inquiring into the matter.
