Haryana resident murdered in Kala Amb

NAHAN :  As per reports received here a Haryana resident was gunned down last night allegedly by his own relatives in Kala Amb area, none could be arrested so far in the case registered by Kala Amb Police.

When contacted Additional S.P. Sirmour Ms Bindu Rani Sachdeva confirmed the incident and said that a case under section 302 IPC has been registered and police teams had been dispatched to nab the culprits.

She said that deceased Harpal Singh, a resident of Rasulpur village in Haryana had married the sister of one Happie resident of same village without the consent of her brother and other family members few months back. In this regard matter was many times discussed in the Biradri Panchyats of their village and Harpal Singh was also threatened of dire consequences by Happie.

Ultimately Harpal Singh who was under pressure from various quarters, decided to live in Kala Amb area with some relatives.

Ms Sachdeva said that last night Harpal Singh was gunned down allegedly by Happie and his accomplice Pawan near Ruchira factory. Harpal Singh was rushed to PGI but he succumbed to his injuries in the way to Hospital.
