Now revolt in Renuka BJP

Former MLA and senior BJP leader Roop Singh would fight as an independent candidate from Renuka constituency if the BJP ticket from the constituency was not changed within two days, it was decided at a meeting of BJP workers of Renuka constituency which concluded late this evening at the residence of Roop Singh, at Sangrah, 75 K.M. from here.

Agitated over the denial of party ticket to former MLA Roop Singh, over three hundered main BJP workers and senior leaders of lthe area which includes Ranjeet Singh, Vice President District BJP, Bahadur Singh Chauhan, President BJP Palvi area, Bahadur Singh, former Madal President Renuka BJP, Daleep Singh Bhimta, President Gram Panchyat Gahal Dimaina, BDC Member Nika Ram, Guman Singh Posta, Secretary district BJP Youva Morcha, Jagat Ram Sharma, Gopal; Singh Panwar, Jagdish Chand, Mita Ram, Bhagwan Singh [all former Panchyat Presidents], Asha Chauhan, President Gram Panchyat Sangrah and Basti Ram senior BJP leader of area alleged that party did injustice with the sentiments of the party workers of the area by allotting party ticket to Balbir Singh. They decided that Roop Singh would fight in all conditions.

Roop Singh in his speech announced that if party did not change party ticket with in two days he would fight as an independent candidate. He announced that a big rally of party workers would be organized at Sangarah on 29th of November and he would file nomination on 30th as an independent candidate.

It is pertinent to mention here that in Shillai constituency BJP is facing revolt and was at the verge of division on the issue of denying party ticket to Amar Singh Chauhan and now Renuka BJP has chosen the same way.
