Chandigarh : Dhanvantri Jayanti was celebrated in Dabur Dhanvantri Hospital Sector 46, here today. A Poojan was organized on the occasion of the birthday of the Lord of Medicine, Dhanvantri in which UT Home Secretary, Mr. Krishna Mohan was thechief guest.UT Home Secretary, Mr. Krishna Mohan lighted the traditional Diyas on the occasion. He took a round of the hospital to see the facilities available. Mr. Mohan also planted a tree on the occasion.Mr. D.K. Gupta had founded Dhanvantri Education Society in 1975 for rendering services to man kind. President Mr. Shyam Lal Garg and other founder members and the staff members of the society were present on the occasion.
